Week 19: Music*
It is such a treat to dance to live musicians - this is a wonderful Iraqi dancer Assala Ibrahim dancing to Guy Schalom Official and another drummer from 'The musicians of the Nile'.

Pastels on cartridge paper - I'm a relative newbie to pastels, it's good practice for me.
What has been really lovely about this is that Assala has seen it and shared it on her fb page.It's not a masterpiece by any stretch, but I hope it conveys the energy, emotion of the dance and her connection to the music.
