Week 36: Printing
12th September 2017
Still nowhere near a professional finish, this is only my second try with lino. Is it OK to be pleased with my progress? - See below for my first try, and comments I made about it when I posted it a few days ago:

6th September 2017
I had a go at lino cutting for the first time. I have made rubber stamps from erasers recently which helped me a bit - I learned how to that at The Port Eliot Festival.
The angel is based on part of a design in the stained glass windows in St Mary's Church, Apsley End, Hemel Hempstead (UK).
I must admit, I got a bit lost doing his face and parts of the harp - onwards and upwards, I shall definitely do more
