INKtober day 4

More watching and waiting. Today: in the hospital, outside a cafe and with a bonus busker thrown in for good measure. 
This is, like the others, is straight off the page. warts and all. It goes a bit pear shaped when my brain kicks in - so tomorrow's goal is to stop thinking!
