Week 39: New Zealand*
Here we have a Maori warrior and a kakapo.
I had never heard of one of these flightless birds until this week, when one of my sons suggested it. I dismissed the idea at first on the basis that it would just look as if I had drawn a parrot wrong - but I relented - and I'm glad I did!
