Week 7: Botanical

After browsing my many photos of plants and flowers, I settled on this little weed.
Painted in acrylics on nearly A3 size hardboard.
The background was painted in what was left on my hardboard from my 'garden' painting (week 6).
The colours are not quite accurate, but close enough.

And then, I couldn't resist doing a little doodle too. A young botanist exploring her plants.
